SPA TREATMENT ETIQUETTE AND ETHICS
You Can Guide Your Experience:
• If you are new to spa treatments, we encourage you to ask questions along the way to ensure your comfort and the delivery of a high-quality spa experience.
• You will receive a consultation that will explain the best treatment for your skin type and condition.
• We recommend that you tell your esthetician about areas that they should avoid or areas they can spend extra attention on. This will allow them to tailor the treatment to you for your individual needs.
• Please disrobe to your level of comfort and use the provided facial robe. Your Esthetician will allow you privacy and leave the room so you can undress. They will knock on the door prior to returning to the room.
• Our Estheticians follow strict draping protocols during your services. You will be fully covered except for the specific area being addressed.
• There will be a minimal conversation during the service to allow you to relax. You can expect the esthetician to periodically check with you regarding pressure and temperature levels to optimize your comfort.
• If at any time you have feedback or a question during your service, please let your esthetician know so they can best serve you.

• Our spa team will uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
• Your Esthetician will provide a face and decollete massage that will be no lower than hands width below collar bone. A hand and arm massage will also be performed.
• At Oasis it is our intention to provide a safe environment and to do no harm to the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our clients and our associates.
• The Oasis spa team will maintain professional conversations with you.
• You or your service provider may immediately terminate the service if any inappropriate comments or behaviors are displayed.

Please take a moment to carefully read the following information and sign where indicated. If you have a specific medical condition or specific symptoms esthetic treatments may be contraindicated. A referral from your primary care provider may be required prior to the service being provided. I understand that facials received are provided for addressing your skin care needs and the basic purpose of relaxation. If I further experience any pain or discomfort during this session, I will immediately inform my esthetician so that the situation may be adjusted to my level of comfort. Facials should not be performed under certain medical conditions, I affirm that I have stated all my known medical conditions, and answered all questions honestly. I agree to keep the Esthetician updated as to any changes in my medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability on the Esthetician’s part should I fail to do so. I also understand that any illicit sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by me are considered sexual harassment and will result in the immediate termination of the session, and I will be liable for payment of the scheduled appointment.
